Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, used by the US troops during the Vietnam war, should make the world more aware of their plight, said an American professor Kenneth J. Herrmann, director of the SUNY Brockport Vietnam Program.

It is high time the families of Agent Orange victims raised their voice about the matter, Herrmann said in a letter recently sent to the Vietnam News Agency.

Herrmann recently watched a report on Agent Orange victims on Danang Television that made him resentful and disappointed, his letter said. He, therefore, is accurately aware of his responsibility for the fate of thousands of Agent Orange …
