I WOULD like to highlight an unpleasant experience I had with a faulty electrical item and the problem I faced in getting it replaced.
On May 6, I bought a branded DVD player from a reputable consumer electrical goods store. I was even encouraged to sign up for the extended warranty of three years for the product.
The next day, I watched an original DVD on my new player, and everything went well until I tried to eject the disc at the end of the movie. It just would not eject the disc, despite repeated attempts.
