Oct. 19--DAYTON -- Companies stand to lose up to $450 billion a year in lost productivity due to employees goofing off and the loss of high performers who got tired of picking up the slack, according to Leadership IQ, a national business research company.
Leadership surveyed 70,305 employees, managers and executives from 116 public, private, business and health care organizations on 45 work force issues.
