KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 (Bernama) -- The High Court will hear tomorrow the appeal by housewife Yim Pek Ha against the lower court's decision to deny her bail after she claimed trial to four counts of grievously hurting her Indonesian maid, Nirmala Bonat.

Justice Datuk Abdul Kadir Musa fixed hearing tomorrow to give time to both parties to present their case.

"Tomorrow would be a reasonable and suitable time for both parties," he said today.

The Sessions Court last Saturday denied Yim, 36, bail on the grounds that "she is a person of means and might abscond from her three-day trial from July …
