BRAINTREE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2004
First product that grows with an organization's adoption of automated
surveys of customers, employees, and partners
Perseus Development Corporation, the industry leader in Windows-based and PDA-based survey software, announced today the release of Perseus SurveySolutions Enterprise Feedback Management(R) (EFM), a complete web-based application that allows enterprise managers to centrally manage and control the survey practices of their organization. SurveySolutions/EFM enables enterprises to monitor and optimize relationships with customers, employees, web-site visitors, partners and members at every interaction.
"Perseus SurveySolutions has enabled us to continue to improve world-wide employee satisfaction regarding corporate IT services," said Troy Van Marter, Director of CIO Service Delivery, Reuters. "With the introduction of SurveySolutions/EFM, Perseus is providing a distributed survey authoring and reporting environment with centralized management and control that offers swift, detailed feedback within a robust, secure environment - critical for a large, distributed organization like Reuters."
Initially, web survey projects were implemented to replace the traditional paper and telephone surveys that were more costly and time-consuming to conduct. Once the value of web surveys was recognized, organizations began conducting surveys more frequently. Organizations began adapting their workflow processes so that customer service and sales departments could respond to customer issues individually. The benefits spread to other departments and soon multiple groups within an organization were implementing survey projects. However, in some cases this widespread adoption began to create challenges across organizations--sensitive and valuable survey results were scattered across multiple systems and IT departments had not had the opportunity to make sure that organizations were in compliance with privacy laws and data security policies. As a result, organizations realized the need to implement a central feedback management system for use throughout the organization. SurveySolutions/EFM was developed to alleviate these problems and turn them into opportunities for customers to better leverage the feedback they gather.
