In honor of India's independence day, the Milan Cultural Association has launched a program that will offer free mental-health services to Connecticut patients who have no health insurance, reported the Hartford Courant. Fifteen psychiatrists of Indian origin in Avon, Danbury, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Hartford, Manchester, Norwich, Waterbury and Wethersfield are offering free care.
