NACM on behalf of the National Honors and Awards Committee, is proud to acknowledge the following individuals for their continuing dedication and contributions to the field of business credit management and this Association,

National Credit Executive of the Year

Lloyd Riffer, II, CCE, is the 2004 National Credit Executive of the Year. This honor goes to an individual who exemplifies a true professional in the field of credit management. Mr. Riffer, Credit Manager for Dolese Brothers, Co. in Oklahoma City, OK, earned his Certified Credit Executive[R] (CCE[R]) designation in January 1995.

He is an active member of NACM MidAmerica as well as NACM-National. He served as Chairman of NACM MidAmerica from 1993-1994 and Chairman of NACM-National from 1998-1999. Additionally, he is a former member of numerous local and national committees, such as the national Nominating, Government Affairs and Financial and Budget Committees. Mr. Riffer is held in high esteem by his local Affiliated Association and his peers for his contributions to the business credit community. A fellow colleague lauds his "unselfish service and leadership to the [NACM] organization," Another colleague remarked that Mr. Riffer always asks "What can I do to help?" and continues this thought by stating that "this is a mark of a true professional, and a true gentleman."

CBA[SM] Designation of Excellence

Shane Inglesby receives this year's CBA Designation of Excellence Award Mr. Inglesby is the Corporate Credit Manager for Geneva Rock Product in Murray, Utah. He achieved his Credit Business Associate[SM] (CBA[SM]) designation in March 2000 and went on to recently earn his CCE designation. He is a current member of the NACM Business Credit Services-Salt Lake City Education and Legislative Committees, Mr.Inglesby is also a prolific contributor to his Affiliate's newsletter.
