Recognizing that academic couples need two jobs and nobody else was helping to find them, Nancy Aebersold started a Web Site to create a network of job seekers and universities in Northern California looking for candidates to hire.

"There wasn't anything that existed in terms of a network to hook them into jobs at other institutions," she explained.
