Scion is a new Toyota brand aimed at young customers who may think Toyota too stodgy. The xA, a four-door hatchback, and the xB, a very boxy wagon, are based on the small Toyota Echo sedan.
Our cars have a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine, automatic transmission, antilock brake system, and power windows, locks and mirrors. The xB also has stability control. Our xA cost $15,060; the xB, $16,974.
