Bishkek, 17 May: On 17 May 2004 the Kyrgyz Parliament's Legislative Assembly did not endorse a draft resolution introduced by the Kyrgyz Parliament Legislative Assembly's Committee for State Security Matters under the chairmanship of Ismail Isakov, MP, on carrying out a vote of no confidence in Kyrgyz Prime Minister N[ikolay] Tanayev in connection with his not fulfilling the Legislative Assembly's resolution "On measures to be taken by the Kyrgyz government to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters in the country".
