PENANG, Sat. - Identify the e-generation and learn to speak the language of the young, advertisers were told today.
"If we do not speak their language, it would be difficult to reach out to them," Malaysian Advertisers Association (MAA) president Shahar Noor said.
Shahar, speaking at the close of the "Malaysian AdCongress 2004" (MAC2004) here, also said there was a need for the industry to "select and focus" on the types of advertising mediums that could be employed to reach out to consumers.
