A Graphic designer from Turriff has launched her own business in Macduff with the help of the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT).

Ruth Fryer, 24, decided to set up her own firm, RDF Design, on her return to the north-east from the Netherlands where she worked for one of the world's largest plant and flower distributors.

She sought help and advice through the Scottish Enterprise network's Business Gateway programme in the north-east and received a start up loan of GBP4,000 from the PSYBT.
