The national chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Chief Sunday Awoniyi, yesterday disclosed that his organization would meet in Kaduna today on the spectre of violence in the geopolitical zone.

To the Afenifere, the mainstream Yoruba socio-political organization, the development is another reminder of the inevitability of a sovereign national conference in Nigeria.

Awoniyi in Ilorin, Kwara State yesterday, said that the ACF would hold an emergency meeting today in Kaduna to deliberate on the development.
