Jerry Sloan, at least, will be back, trolling the Utah sideline for the 17th season. Nate McMillan, though he seems chronically unhappy coaching the Sonics, probably will return, too. The Nuggets' entry in the playoffs should ensure that Jeff Bzdelik will remain with Denver, though his footing still is tenuous. Jim O'Brien is in Philadelphia, so we can be sure Maurice Cheeks will be in Portland next season. Word out of Orlando is that Johnny Davis is safe, and Mike D'Antoni will get a trial run at a full season with Phoenix. It's doubtful Lenny Wilkens will coach the remaining three years on his contract with the Knicks, but he should be around for the start of next ...
