Sacramento Municipal Utility District, CA's (SMUD) $128.6 million, 2004 series T senior lien electric revenue refunding bonds are assigned an underlying rating of 'A' by Fitch Ratings. The Rating Outlook is Positive. The fixed-rate bonds are expected to be insured by one of the four major 'AAA' rated bond insurers. In addition, the outstanding $1.6 billion parity electric revenue/refunding bonds and $487.6 million subordinated electric revenue bonds are affirmed at 'A' by Fitch. The Rating Outlook is revised to Positive from Stable. The Positive Outlook reflects SMUD's strengthening financial condition,…
