Manning is the heir apparent of quarterback royalty, but Rivers is the prince of this class. Don't let the funky throwing motion fool you--everything that zips out of Rivers' right hand is a money ball. He knows the game, finds his receivers in stride and shines in the clutch. Rivers stood out during Senior Bowl week under the watchful eye of NFL coaches and easily won the game's MVP honors.

Name recognition works for electoral ballots, but not for NFL careers--it's more about who can make a name for himself.
