BEIJING, May 03, SinoCast -- Internet search engine business is booming in China.

On April 13, 2004, Sohu.com IT and 21 Century Economic Report jointly hosted the China Internet Summit in Beijing. On the meeting, the Chinese Internet companies, investors, and experts reviewed China's Internet industry in the past eight years and forecasted the trend in the coming ten years.

Participants held positive opinions about the Chinese Internet market and believed search engine would sharply increase in China in the coming five years.
