EVEN if her latest film, "Masikip sa Dibdib," didn't perform as well as expected, Joyce Bernal is still in high spirits. "Hindi man siya kumita ng malaki, hindi naman flop. At last, nakagawa ako ng hindi romantic comedy. It's the kind of film na either magugustuhan mo o hindi. Doing the movie was a gamble on Rufa Mae's and my part," explains Joyce.
10 films
Among the more than 10 films that she has helmed, Joyce considers her latest output as a welcome breather from the romantic comedies that she is identified with.
