President Macapagal-Arroyo yesterday admitted that the Edsa III participants she invited to late breakfast in Malacanang on Thursday first reported to the Department of Social Welfare and Development which, in turn, brought them to Malacanang.
The President justified this, saying this was part of her policy of reconciliation with Edsa III forces that sought to oust her. She said she would continue to extend the hand of reconciliation to her foes.
