LUCENA CITY-A non-partisan multi-sectoral Church-based group is putting up an "Anti-Fraud Monitoring System" to ensure clean, honest and credible elections on May 10.
"The monitoring center assumes the set up of the Toldang Tipanan, serving as a tent of prayer, as voter's assistance area and as election monitoring desk," said Fr. Joe Dizon, one of the convenors of Patriots, a network of Church people, teachers, health professionals and other concerned individuals.
The Patriots' main monitoring center will be at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
