Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, Special Adviser to President Olusegun Obasanjo on Policy and Programmes Monitoring has renovated the dilapidated police station and barracks in his village of Uzebba in Owan West local government area of Edo State. He also donated a vehicle to the police in the locality to enhance their efficiency.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony of the rehabilitated police station, Prof Ihonvbere said he felt bad when he saw the condition of the police station and even worse when he asked some of the policemen how they would respond to a case of arrest from the neighbouring villages …
