TOKYO, April 30 Asia Pulse - Toyo Ink Mfg. Co. (TSE:4634) plans to increase production capacity for printing ink at a subsidiary in Malaysia by 20 per cent and set up a technical and development center in that nation, both in fiscal 2005, company sources said Thursday.
