DAVAO CITY, April 30 Asia Pulse - The Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation, also known as Small Business Corporation (SBC), has made available this year some P600 million (US$10.7 million) loan facility for qualified Mindanao borrowers.
The total SBC fund nationwide for 2004 is P4 billion.
