XIAMEN, April 12, SinoCast -- Xiamen Environmental Protection Bureau says that the second International Environment Conference (IEC) will be held in Xiamen, Fujian from October 12 to October 15 of 2004.

More than 500 experts and scholars will attend the conference, among which nearly 200 will come from 40 foreign countries, including the US, France, England, Germany and so on.
