BEIJING, April 01, SinoCast -- Qualcomm Wireless Communication Technologies (China) Limited. (Qualcomm China), the owner of CDMA 2000 standard, unveils that the company is willing to open source codes to boost CDMA2000 cellphone research and development in China.

Meng Pu, president of Qualcomm China, says that the existing bottleneck of CDMA2000 is that the Chinese mobile phone makers have launched a few of models of CDMA2000 cellphones by far.
