ACCBANK is selling three business premises. The Bank is expected to receive around 10m from the sale.
The properties are located in Letterkenny, Clonmel and Drogheda. The decision to sell arises as ACCBank are relocating to new premises in each location.
The properties, which are all freehold, are being sold next month by public auction. HWBC, in conjunction with local selling agents in each region, are responsible for the sales.
