ACCBank Business Units for sale.

ACCBANK is selling three business premises. The Bank is expected to receive around 10m from the sale.
The properties are located in Letterkenny, Clonmel and Drogheda. The decision to sell arises as ACCBank are relocating to new premises in each location.
The properties, which are all freehold, are being sold next month by public auction. HWBC, in conjunction with local selling agents in each region, are responsible for the sales.
All of the properties are part let and in all cases are being offered for sale with vacant possession of the valuable ground floor retail space.
The first property to go to auction on November 14 will be 45 Upper Main Street, Letterkenny. This is a three storey corner premises of 255 sq m with extensive surface car parking to the rear. Joint agents are Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey.
