* A former administrative assistant to Middle Tennessee State University Sidney McPhee has sued him for sexual harassment, also naming the university system, board of trustees, the chancellor and the state. Earlier the board had investigated her complaint and slapped his wrist, suspending him without pay for 20 days and cutting his pay by $10,000. Tammie C. Allen, who now works in the school's development office, cited a 14-month history of inappropriate touching and sexual remarks.

* A graduate of the Yale Divinity School CT has sued the school, claiming her mentor sexually abused her and school administrators failed to protect her despite his reputation.
