JAPAN GOVT PROGRAM OFFERS KDDI 1ST SERVICE EXPORT INSURANCE CONTRACT
TOKYO - Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (NEXI) has expanded its range of services to include service export insurance with the signing of a policy with KDDI Corp. (TSE:9433) to cover the telecommunications firm against nonpayment of fees abroad.
The expansion of NEXI's services follows growing service exports from Japan, particularly in the fields of telecom services and licensing of industrial patents and video game copyrights.
