SARASOTA -- Emily Eastmoore didn't know much about her opponent Monday but the Sarasota High senior certainly did know how important her win was to the Lady Sailors' hopes of defending their district tennis title.

Eastmoore's 4-6, 6-0, 6-4 win over Gulf Coast's Kaitlin Hallahan at Sarasota High's home courts was vital. She knew it. Her teammates knew it.

"I have won all my matches this year so my team expects me to win and to get points there," Eastmoore said. "I definitely felt the pressure."
