MUCH HAS HAPPENED in the short period since this collection of political tracts was put together, for by the time it hit the streets, the Labor Party, for whom the symposiasts were quite visibly writing, had taken on a new leader and changed tack. Mr Latham does not appear to care to be associated with much of the excitable polemic which circulates through the Manne collection.
