The FDA recently approved Topcon's BV-100 automated refraction system. The instrument combines an objective simultaneous binocular autorefractor, autokeratometer, automatic chart projector and patient-driven vision tester in one device. Pre-selected voice-prompts take your patients through the process. They can use a joystick to respond to the tests you've selected.
