1. Adam Dunn, LF, Reds. A scout says Dunn is looking like a monster again. His numbers during spring training were enough to put fear in opposing pitchers: an .894 slugging percentage and .404 batting average heading into April.

2. Ray Lankford, LF, Cardinals. It looked as if he had played his way out of the game last year, but he has come back in a big way this spring. Lankford played so well in March (.315 average, 15 RBIs) that the Cardinals traded Kerry Robinson, who entered spring training as the favorite to win the left field job.

3. Luis Gonzalez, LF, Diamondbacks. A partially torn ligament in his right elbow might limit his throwing, but it hasn't affected his hitting. Gonzalez batted .458 in March with 19 RBIs and a .695 slugging percentage.
