Chechen rebel site predicts new world order.

A Chechen rebel web site has said that the new order is emerging in the world in which the USA "occupies a commanding position". Chechenpress said that instead of a bipolar system, "there came a new world economic and political system centred on America". It added that unlike in the USA, "the objective development of events in Russia already has a tendency towards times of trouble". The following is the text of report by Chechenpress news agency web site ""From Moscow to the very outskirts"; subheadings have been inserted editorially:

As we are aware, the process of shaping a unipolar world structure by means of an extrapolation of American geopolitical might on a global scale took a final turn after the end of the "Cold War". Instead of a bipolar system, there came a new world economic and political system centred on America, a world of "open doors", which has brought the US close to achieving the "American dream" - "Pax-Americana". The well-known researcher W.Cohen believes that "an economically inter-dependent liberal world of 'open doors' has already become a reality".
