THE Uganda Cricket Association(UCA) is in a crisis following the resignation of secretary Joseph Bagabo.

Bagabo's resignation is the climax of two chaotic months, in which the executive has failed to raise quorum to conduct monthly council meetings.

"I received Bagabo's letter of resignation via e-mail saying his work schedule and station can not enable him to ably carry out UCA work effectively," chairman Latimer Mukasa said yesterday.
