Kathmandu: The International Bar Association has sent a letter to King Gyanendra to draw his attention to the arrest of an increasing number of professional lawyers recently.

The letter, addressed to King Gyanendra, has asked him to personally take charge of the investigation into the arrest and disappearance of the lawyers, a source concerned told Nepal Samacharpatra.
