Police have received what may be this election year's first case of people reporting election officials for failing to grant them their constitutional rights.

Representatives of some 50 families with eligible voters in East Jakarta reported on Thursday their local voter registration official to the Jakarta Police, saying that he failed to deliver their voter cards. Election day is scheduled for Monday, April 5.
