DUBLIN has jumped up three places to tenth position in the league of the world's most expensive office locations.
The top office occupancy cost being paid in Dublin city centre and Dublin 4 has hit [euro]506 per sq m per annum, according to the survey by real estate giants Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.
This compares with locations in London's West End costing [euro]1,367 per sq m.
However, the survey warned that despite availability in Dublin declining over 2003,vacancy rates remained very high at 18pc.
This is almost twice the European regional average of 9.7pc.
