THE ALLIED forces in Afghanistan have invited Bulgarian military instructors to remain as permanent advisers to the new local army, chief of general staff Gen. Nikola Kolev said after a video conference with the commanders of all Bulgarian contingents abroad: in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo.
