FOREIGN Direct Investments (FDI) in January, 2004 have gone down as compared to January, 2003, the central bank's balance of payments showed. According to preliminary data this year's January FDI total stands at EUR 31.4 million (0.2% of GDP) against EUR 81.5 million in January, 2003.
