KUALA LUMPUR, March 31 (Bernama) -- A subsidiary of Petra Resource Sdn Bhd (PRSB), Petra Perdana Berhad (Petra), a company that provides products and services to the oil and gas, petrochemical and related industries in the country, has bought a maintenance work-boat for RM9.5 million (US$2.5 million) from Trinity Offshore Inc.

The working-boat is expected to be completed in three months following the signing of a memorandum of agreement between Petra and Trinity Offshore here today.
