PRESIDENT Macapagal-Arroyo's campaign handlers are not letting the graduation season go to waste.

Aside from having her message read out during graduation rites in all colleges and universities and public elementary and high schools, special student awards were also created in her name.

The Department of Education rushed certificates for the "President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo National Achievement Awards," to be distributed to about 22,500 high school students during graduation rites. Five students per school will receive the awards.
