LAS VEGAS - When Dr. Gary D. Monheit asked an audience of more than 100 dermatologists how many of them practiced cosmetic dermatology only 5 or 6 raised their hands.

Everyone else gave the wrong answer.

"We are all cosmetic dermatologists. It's just a question of how much you want to do in the balance of your practice," he said at a dermatology conference sponsored by Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.
