Section: Corporate News - Amata Corporation Plc, a leading industrial estate developer, is seeking long-term loans to finance a proposed 1,000-2,000 rai expansion at its Amata Nakorn project in Chon Buri. Treasurer Varaporn Vatcharanukroh said the company expected to secure the necessary bank loans within the next two months. AMATA has 20,625 rai currently up for sale, with 10,000 rai at Amata Nakorn, 6,250 rai at its Amata City industrial park, and 4,375 rai at Amata Bien Hoa in Vietnam.
