TOKYO, March 23 Asia Pulse - Osaka Securities Exchange Co. said Monday that it has set the initial public offering (IPO) price for its shares at 170,000 yen.

After testing demand for the stock at prices between 162,000 yen and 170, 000 yen, the OSE decided to set the price at the high end of the range after a large number of investors expressed interest in the issue. The bourse is now scheduled to debut on the Hercules market April 1, making it the first stock exchange in Japan to go public.
