American downtowns are resurging, their gutted buildings making way for art galleries, farmers' markets and fountains.
Just ask Doyle Hyett.
"These little pieces of real estate are just cookin' from coast to coast," says Hyett, a consultant who specializes in the rebuilding of older business districts.
