This is one of few monitors with built-in speakers, which are located below the monitor.
The AL1521 also has dual input, analogue and digital. The package comes with D-Sub and DVI (digital visual interface) cables as well as an audio cable and power adapter.
The 15-inch TFT (thin- film transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor can show a maximum of 16.7 million colours at a maximum resolution of 1,024 by 768 pixels. It has a 0.29-millimetre (mm) pixel pitch, 250 lumens brightness and 400:1 contrast ratio.
With this monitor, you get 120-degree horizontal and 110-degree vertical viewable angles. Other features include anti-reflective coating, a fully automatic auto-tune feature, and a friendly On Screen Display user interface. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers.
