ABORTION PROVIDER REINSTATED Dr. LeRoy Carhart, an abortion provider who successfully challenged Nebraska's "partial-birth" abortion ban in the U.S. Supreme Court, has been reinstated to his volunteer faculty post at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, as part of a legal settlement.
