Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE: 6703) today announced that Shanghai P&S Electronics Co., Ltd., a major electronic component sales company in China, has selected Oki's CTI (computer telephony integration) server, Ctstage(R) 4i for .NET (Chinese version), for its call center system. This system was installed at Wuhan P&S Information Technology Service Co., Ltd., a sales and support subsidiary of Shanghai P&S, and will begin full operations on March 15, 2004. Through the introduction of this advanced call center system, Shanghai P&S aims to enhance customer satisfaction significantly.
