You'll find a whole batch of new series to choose from in this week's TV Diet, which also marks the return of Marlo Thomas and one famous reality show star.

And, two stations take on new identities beginning today.

Local ABC affiliate WWSB-Ch. 40 is now referring to itself as ABC 7, to make it easier for cable customers to know that the station is found on cable Channel 7. In our news stories and TV columns, we will still use its official broadcast call letters, though.

The Game Show Network also is changing its name beginning today. It will be known as GSN: The Network for Games. It also launches four new shows this week.

Monday

Marlo Thomas still knows how to make an impression, as she does in the Lifetime movie "Deceit." She plays a woman who becomes a suspect in the disappearance of her wealthy husband at sea. William Devane …
