Consider lemon balm for patients with white coat or other forms of situational hypertension, Dr. Tieraona Low Dog said at a meeting on botanical medicine sponsored by the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.

The patient who responds to the stress of an office visit with blood pressure elevations probably also has "traffic hypertension" and "I'm yelling at my kids again hypertension," she said.
